Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@krush.ie with the order number. Only items with a return approval can be accepted.  Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Feel free to choose your preferred shipping provider and service for the return.

Once a return request has been approved by Krush, we kindly ask that the item(s) be returned within 14 days. If the return is completed outside of this 14-day window, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos of the products, packaging and shipping label.

While we take the utmost care to package your items securely, please note that minor creasing or cosmetic imperfections to the outer retail packaging may occasionally occur during transit, particularly on international deliveries. We kindly ask for your understanding that such minor packaging issues do not affect the product itself and therefore are not considered eligible for a refund.

Address and Delivery Issues

    • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address, we will be happy to issue a refund, deducting only the original shipping cost.
    • If a package is returned because delivery was refused or it was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, we will gladly issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

     

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any applicable fee deductions, including those for orders with free shipping, will be applied. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@krush.ie.
